- Boil 1 3/4 c of water
- Add 1 cup white rice and stir for a second or two
- Cover with a paper towel sandwiched between the pot and the cover (this will let the moisture escape and prevents it from boiling over)
- Set stove to low and cook for 20 minutes (no peeking!!)
- Stir it up and serve!
